Our Return and Refund policy consists of:

• Terms of return: This is non-refundable purchase at Cate's Cleaning Company. You can always contact us with questions at 603-421-4878.
• Transferring Gift Card: You can always transfer your Gift Card to another person. Just email us that you would like it transferred to another person with your code and their name
• REMAINING BALANCE: If you have less than the amount you wanted to use you can always redeem that for service still.
