Cancellation Policy: 

If you cancel within 24 hours from your scheduled appointment than a 45$ fee will be assessed due to our time. 

Return Policy: 

All services are non-refundable except in very specific circumstances. We will offer a "touch up" fee for coming back usually of $50. In special situations however we can waive that fee. We will not come back if you are threatening and we feel unsafe. We reserve this right as I cannot knowlingly send cleaners into homes of somebody being hostile with the company. Please understand our cleaners can miss 1 or 2 things as we all are humans and make mistakes, we will always be happy to come back and fix it if we feel safe in doing so. 

We must do all estimates in-person or pricing is subject to change.
