We will ask for a full address if we book an appointment with you as we do "Quote Appointments" in person. We will only use data/information you have provided us with. We do not share data with second or third-party individuals/companies.

At Cate's we do not share your information and keep it stored solely in our system, which only authorized users can access. PICTURE USAGE:

All pictures used are property of Cate's Cleaning Company (one picture being from (GODADDY). We do not own these pictures but did take them with permission from our clients. Nobody may use, distribute, track down or copy these photos in any way or we will take full legal action. We always, 100% of the time ASK before using any client photos and always obtain permission for posting. We will never take photos without your full permission.

We will also collect inforomation on where we are going (addresses, name (first, last), phone number, email, square footage of residence or business, how you heard about us, and if the customer would be interested in hearing about additional cleaning services offered. Below you will see how/why we use this information. We will also call or email to confirm the in-person appointment - (May 2022) 

Square Footage of Residence / Business: This is soley for the purpose of pricing and service overview. We offer cleaning services and charge an amount per sqft. It often helps if we have this before coming into a home to be prepared. (May 2022) 

"How did you hear about us?": This is for marketing purposes and so we can know if anyone specific referred you. We use this information to shape how we use further ads on social media / website. (May 2022) 

"Additional Cleaning Services?": This is so we can know if you're interested in hearing about additional cleanign services like: carpet cleaning, steaming etc... (May 2022)

No refunds will be available as of March 6, 2022 - If you are unhappy with services rendered we will be happy to come back for a touch up fee assessed at the time of service. (March 6, 2022)
